What you can expect if you are sick when the DEQ decides to investigate your septic:
They WANT to endanger citizen’s lives. Period.
After MONTHS of being harassed like this while fighting for my life, with ZERO explanation of their ‘WE MUST SURPRISE PEOPLE AND NOT SET MEETINGS’ policy, I finally got pissed in the emails with these fools and asked them to prove to me anything even needs doing. They refuse to set a time to meet, like WHAT IN THE FUCK DO YOU EVEN WANT? I should be allowed to take the time I need during new home construction to deal with my piddly ONE sink and ONE shower (zero toilet) wastewater. ZERO care anywhere that my neighbors engulfing me in trash smoke and making me PUKING SICK played a big part in my not having been further along in doing the next steps with septic.
So IF YOU try to stand up for yourself, and ask details about the regulations and question them, because they refuse to set a meeting time, they will then take your righteous anger as the ultimate go-ahead to LIE TO A JUDGE AND SEND OUT AR15s, like the little childish thugs they are.
In the end, you might get Alex Kennedy, LIAR, saying ‘so and so is not burning anything’, after she can’t be bothered to come out anytime anywhere near when the burning is happening. She can mislead and WASTE my time and ENDANGER my life by telling me calling the 24 hour hotline will get people out there when the worst of things are happening, then NEVER ONCE did I see anyone show up until DAYS later, in the daytime. SO be prepared for OUTRIGHT LIES. It’s one thing to just do bureaucratic NOTHING, it’s quite another to OUTRIGHT LIE and say ‘they are not burning anything’ when you don’t know that whatsoever and intentionally stall on investigating, which lead to MORE burning of worse plastic and more violence from the tipped off and CODDLED polluter-poisoners. Alex Kennedy was MUCH more concerned about the physical state of the guy poisoning me, than that I’ve been poisoned for years just being in my own home.
I’m over 350 miles away puking my guts up NON-STOP for the 6th week straight while this POS guy, Derek Kinard, decides to lie about me and say I’m being non-compliant when the truth is I was fighting for my life.
Despite being so ill I thought multiple times I might be dying, and that lasting so long I almost wanted to, I STILL managed to respond to this water complaint the first day I knew anything about it.

But if you listen to the screaming undersheriff, I’m just some shitty troublemaker causing problems and accusing the DEQ “of a bunch of stuff”.
Most oil change mechanics give more effort and attention than these public servants who seem way more interested in punitive enforcement and playing with guns than anything like professionalism or service.
I myself regularly give conscientious attention to my professional web development clients. But for these public servants to give such little effort when it involves someone’s HOME, PROPERTY, and LIFE? Unacceptable.
I immediately called, despite my 104 fever and endless vomiting. But that man CANNOT be bothered to do even the bare minimum. It’s pretty clear Derek Kinard and Jeffrey Brents basically abused their authority by willfully choosing to ignore my reports and just pushed forward as though I was not responding.
You can see it in the actual timeline of communication over and over and over: my desperately begging for details on how to comply and asking why they aren’t sending paperwork…. multiple MULTIPLE times I sent letters, emails, called…
And over and over they make it out like I’M THE ONE WHO ISN’T COMMUNICATING.
One by one, another DEQ employee will say the same bullshit line about ‘just doing what they can to make compliance as smooth as possible’, then they stop taking my calls, stop responding to voicemails, stop responding to emails.
I wish I could say it’s finally over; that after months of torturous lack of communication from them, being threatened with guns, I thought receiving the paperwork would FINALLY end things. But no, I’m left with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality refusing to respond about my consent order amendments toward simply including my communication in their timeline they included in the paperwork.
They went ahead and made the paperwork include ONLY their bullshit account of things, and excludes 90% of my timely informative communication. So even if I didn’t mind the character assassination and defamation I cannot sign my name to untruthful information. But do they bother to respond to multiple calls about simply what is the status of the amendments I sent in? Of course not. Because that’s how much they care about serving The People.
HERE I THOUGHT I COULD FINALLY SIGN AN AGREEMENT TO HAVE A SEPTIC SYSTEM IN STALLED since that is allegedly the complaint, but no, NOPE, because the DEQ is not interested in resolution or regulations, apparently. I ask for supervision from a regulatory body, and they take that request for regulation as my being a troublemaker!? Disgusting.
These goons really don’t seem to think they are public servants though my taxes pay their salaries. Rather, they seem to be play acting in some grand shared delusion where they are rogue thugs in some fascist authoritarian state where they just act out intimidation and enforcement actions for other branches of the government; who send guns to the homes of citizens they feel like sending guns to.
This isn’t how servants of a democratic or democratic republic state are supposed to behave.
They each sign off on each other’s mistreatment of me. They just fold in whatever misinformation, from one person to the next, no one bothering to use critical thinking, compassion, or even looking at the details of how I am being treated, how my communication has been dismissed or outright twisted.
I can’t even talk to an unbiased additional person or supervisor at the DEQ because that’s how fast character assassination travels; or how truly LAZY these freeloaders of The People are.
I couldn’t tell you how many different numbers I’ve called and voicemails I’ve left, not really knowing who I’m reaching half the time. They repeatedly make it out like I’m the one being difficult to communicate with, but their main switchboard refuses to even give out direct numbers so you can keep track of who’s who. It’s beyond frustrating to deal with bureaucracy like that where they handily reach you to INTRUDE and DEMAND, but can’t be bothered to be reachable or accountable themselves.
In fact, it’s clear they abuse and abuse and abuse with the intent to anger, so that finally if you stand up for yourself then they take that as proof you’re being non-compliant.
SO FAR every step I’m doing everything possible to comply and responding to every bit of information I get from them, while they have repeatedly just WALKED ME OVER ONE CLIFF AFTER ANOTHER, not to mention endangered my very life over something NOT WORTH DYING OVER.
Does that even make sense for their own safety? NO! Guess what happens when you think you’re doing everything in your power to comply because Derek Kinard keeps saying he’s “putting together that paperwork” and suddenly months later many people storm into your property?
The first thing I saw was plainclothes men in my garden and I was half asleep. It took several seconds before I could even ascertain they were law enforcement and not intruders. Like many people who live in rural areas I already had my hand on my gun. So Derek Kinard an Jeffrey Brents endangered their lives, my life and the lives of the deputies, wasted resources, all for nothing and all by lying. I had no reason to think to expect anything like that was coming my way. I easily could have been shot because of these IDIOTIC ANTICS.
Just like Undersheriff Bray screamed like a crazy fascist about ‘his right to bear arms’ (at my home while violating my civil rights), these ‘public servants’ behave much more like fascist goons than anything like state employees serving the public.
I pay taxes. I’m a citizen. I’ve done nothing at all to deserve this ONGOING TORMENT, to be violated and threatened by servants of the public MY TAXES PAY TO EMPLOY.
It’s beyond disturbing and sad; it’s disgusting that any citizen should ever be utterly BULLDOZED like this. I’ve only survived almost dying from covid TWICE, but I’m not even allowed to focus on resting and recovery because these assholes made me into a criminal. I’ve had zero say, zero day in court, yet suddenly deputies, DEQ employees and an undersheriff all think they can treat me like absolute trash. All because of the lies, perjured affidavit, and defamation by Derek Kinard, approved my Jeffrey Brents, who I wrote and asked for help.
For the 4th or 5th time into the complaint I asked Jeff Brents why was I not getting the paperwork I was told I needed to sign and was what I needed to do to comply. I offered suggested terms, I voiced my concerns about the handling of the case since I was not getting timely or complete responses. He IGNORED everything, but much worse…
When I tried to get more regulation and supervision, they took that and used it to INCRIMINATE ME TO POLICE AND A JUDGE
= if you don’t do what Derek Kinard or Jeff Brents of ODEQ want you to do, they’ll send guns and MAKE YOU KNOW YOU THEY HAVE THE POWER. Because they are little boys with guns.
Doesn’t matter that their behavior amounts to KICKING SOMEONE SICK LYING ON THE GROUND because they can’t get up. Apparently, this is just regular operating procedure, so I’m sure I’ll be hearing from more fellow citizens who have also been abused. Maybe we’ll add their accounts here too.
The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality decided to add injury to insult to injury to months of worry while I was already worried enough about my health; about if I’d ever be well again. They decided that they didn’t like my attitude about being so misinformed so they chose to ignore all my communication and just send deadly force.
I had this same deathly Covid illness 2 years in a row. I’ve lost all savings, all freelance work contracts, pretty much every area of my life has been set back to zero. Not only does the DEQ not care, they ignored every one of my health reports, and sent unmasked deputies to my home to harass and intimidate me right when my immune system was at its weakest.
And now I still wait on incompetent punitive dangerous people who have zero intentions of making any of this anything other than as painful as possible.
Citizens pay the salaries of these public servants. I’ve been treated like anything but a citizen.

It’s entirely other matter when my reports to the DEQ of deathly illness during a deadly pandemic is utterly dismissed. Then dismissed some more when they sent deputies without any masks to the home of someone VERY SICK with a very weak immune system at the time.

My life has already almost been lost from getting sick because of careless actions of people like this. I’ve lost months and months of income, contracts, health. But that’s about how much my MULTIPLE REPEATED REPORTS of being sick and stuck away from home matter to the DEQ. NOT AT ALL. They care so little multiple unmasked people got well within 6 feet of me during their intimidation action, and that IS enough to get deathly ill. I know because I got sick ONLY from going grocery shopping very rarely because brainwashed uncaring people can’t be bothered to wear masks or get vaccinated.
I’m sick and tired of the DEQ painting this picture that I’m some criminal or being non-compliant, when the truth is Derek Kinard can’t listen or doesn’t care about someone being deathly ill and doing their human best to comply.
The truth is Derek Kinard and Jeffrey Brents essentially saw a sick person lying on the ground and decided to KICK THEM for not getting up fast enough.
I’m not even asking for special treatment for being sick, that’s merely the icing on the cake and why I wasn’t able to piece together their shoddy handling faster, aka do their work for them. It’s beyond ridiculous. I’m NOT A MIND READER. I repeatedly asked what all was needed and even offered to schedule a time to meet. If these men are too stupid to read or hear or too violent to deal with the public peacefully they really shouldn’t have public facing jobs. I don’t feel like money of The People should be spent on rogue employees who’d rather terrorize citizens. And when ANYONE could see from the objective account that I’d tried everything possible to get resolution.
The DEQ has done shoddy -at best- communication and notification about this complaint. No, shoddy doesn’t cover it. Downright negligent to the point of endangering my very life. The more I pore over records and piece things together the more clear it is they CHOSE to push me over these cliffs of timelines and details they fudged or outright lied about; misrepresented. It would have been MUCH EASIER TO WORK WITH ME than the effort it’s taken for them to so abuse me. The truth in the details shows how OUT OF THEIR WAY THEY’VE GONE TO BE PUNITIVE rather than just do their jobs.
That’s all dimwit Jeffrey Brents could say about Derek Kinard when I asked him for HELP about not getting resolution or clear information. He ignored all concerns for mistreatment, all concerns for my safety, ignored my asking AGAIN for the paperwork they kept not sending, and defended Derek saying only, “they’re just doing their job”. And some irrelevant generalized crap about ‘they have to investigate complaints by law’ –whataboutism. Logical fallacy. I never said anything about that. Again, HOW MANY TIMES does a person have to ASK FOR THE PAPERWORK and ASK FOR WHAT ELSE NEEDS DOING? But he WANTED to be punitive so he decided to not see or acknowledge my communication.
It’s truly like they’re intellectually damaged. It’s hard to tell how much is incompetence and how much willful negligence. I don’t know anyone but a government goon who can get away with workplace abuses by just saying back “we’re doing our jobs”, or “by law we’re required to investigate complaints”. What a true piece of shit. To make out like my valid concerns and reports were my ‘trying to avoid lawful investigation’. To utterly ignore and lump all my communication into “whatever, doesn’t matter, just doing job”.
That would be like if I destroyed databases and lost key files and randomly replaced pieces of script for a website, then if someone complained or asked questions I just respond “I’M JUST DOING MY JOB. YOU SAID YOU WANTED ME TO WORK ON YOUR WEBSITE”

Why was the one only official notice I got about asking for inspection not sent certified mail if that’s enough to SEND AR15s to pin someone in their own home? My guess? Because just like the blank door hanger I found under some leaves.
To ice the cake, only when I finally got the consent order paperwork WEEKS after AR15s intimidation action, I see they allege to have sent a letter –ONE OFFICIAL LETTER OF ANY KIND ASKING FOR ANYTHING CLEAR AT ALL– that shows clear options to respond about scheduling an inspection. I never got that though it would have been over a month later I even could have returned to get it, but there it is as “exhibit A” in the endless chain of bullshit of the legal document that threatens all kinds of OPEN BOTTOM threats of more fines and nebulous FURTHER ENFORCEMENT. So I could either sign LIES or send in amendments and sign ‘with amendments’ so I did that. And now these joker clowns refuse to return my voicemails, answer my calls, my emails. NO ONE (like ALL ALONG) will tell me if they even received the amendments, let alone what the status is.
If I had actually gotten that letter obviously I would have returned it filled out. I wouldn’t have had to ask OVER AND OVER AND OVER what else I needed to do and why were they not sending paperwork. Anyone doing their job who actually wants to help the person comply could easily tell I was asking over and over for ‘if they wanted to meet when I was better’, ‘where is the paperwork’ because I was TRYING TO COMPLY, but they couldn’t bother to inform me about an inspection request WHEN I WAS ASKING ABOUT EXACTLY THAT?
I had only been home a few weeks, still dealing with bad bouts of illness, when the clown show search warrant was served. Just days before I’d been outside on the ground naked having sweated through my clothes 3 times, and puking non-stop. I bet Derek Kinard would have been super stoked if the search warrant could have happened that day, being that his only intention has ever been to punish me for my feedback over his shitty treatment when I called needing help…
I BOTHERED to scientifically take air readings before/after, with matching time stamped images, but LITTLE DID I KNOW the DEQ doesn’t work with science or facts. lol. Far from it. So after respectfully carefully utilizing the reporting system, and getting zero response to my calls that go to phantom voicemails. I FINALLY got Derek Kinard (or any human) on the phone one day and that bastard starts off by going sarcastically, “awwww I’m sorry you have to smell smoke this morning”. That’s the kind of service or help citizens can expect from Derek Kinard. He is ready to assume and judge and just MAKE UP details, while also being an outright DICK to you cuz he has that power so fuck you, citizen.

After trying honestly to utilize the system my tax dollars pay for, and hearing this sardonic nasty man, I knew I didn’t want him to ever have anything to do with anything logical or accountable for me or anything in my life. So imagine how it felt to be puking 40+ times a day for over 5 weeks, for the second year in a row… FINALLY get away to get the first tiny bit of rest and relief and this IDIOT, Derek Kinard, emails me to say alarming shit like I’ve been “unreachable” and he’s been by “before too” and something about a complaint, all creepy and mysterious. And those GOONS have the balls to make it out like my reporting the creepy contact was somehow suspicious! The FIRST DAY I GOT NOTICE I called him and said PLEASE DONT SAY IM UNREACHABLE YOU HAVE HAD MY NUMBER FOR A YEAR. Did he bother to explain anything about surprise visits and not leaving notices or anything about the process? Nope. Why bother when you can have fun defaming someone and sending guns to intimidate them.

Then why did the installer I raced hundreds of miles to meet while possibly dying say this about Derek Kinard without me having asked anything, (btw, did my doing that action count toward my being compliant? NOPE. I said clearly to Derek Kinard on 4/20 that I would be meeting the installer the following week if my health stayed stable. and the idiot has the gaul to put in the official record that he just went ahead and tried to access my property AGAIN on 4/21 and reported “no signs of progress”)

the installer informed me along with an anecdote about Derek Kinard being such a stickler about specifications but then not having his own equipment properly calibrated. Sounds about right. As a human with a brain and a business owner I was immediately concerned about this man being in charge of any case or ANYTHING technical involving myself, when months earlier I’d had the misfortune of having to deal with him before this complaint. And this assessment went on to be valid, as his incompetence has turned my life upside down.

I’ve submitted multiple requests for supervision and help to supervisors that go IGNORED. Beyond ignored they have literally lied in EXTRAJUDICIAL FASHION to police, characterizing my right to proper handling as ‘accusing them of a bunch of stuff’. The DEQ feigned innocence and told me to talk to the undersheriff. So, that’s what happens to a citizen who just had their life threatened by guns and unmasked intruders while deathly ill. HOW DARE SHE CALL TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS.

If you don’t want to protect and serve; if you’re too scared to interact with the public without brandishing fucking AR15s, then you should get another job. But HOW DARE a lowly citizen hold their public servants accountable. “trying to get you to discipline your deputies?” , he SCREAMED IT like I was committing a crime or something. Baffling. As though HOW DARE the sherrif’s department serve and be accountable to the public. But see Derek already got them to all agree I’m just a troublemaker so WHO CARES, just scream violently at citizens who PAY YOUR SALARY AND BENEFITS AND RETIREMENT.
But who started all this? Who lied to Judge Jana Wallace and the sheriff’s department? Derek Kinard. Derek Kinard perjured himself lying about my “denying access”. Derek Kinard is the one who decided to and GOT deadly force sent to my home to intimidate me and endanger my life, and he’s proud of it. He’s proud of abusing citizens and making up stories so colleagues and law enforcement officers believe the person is deserving of the abuse.
Regardless of Derek Kinard’s abuses, Undersheriff Bray has zero call to treat citizens with such unprofessional vehemence, practically threatening me just with the violent nature of his SCREAMING. Truly unfair for the People of Pushmataha county this is who makes life and death decisions for many people in many situations.
Undersheriff Bray, your absurd and violent utterances seem to indicate you don’t think you, or your deputies or department should have any accountability to the public. Eh, WHO CARES about that oath you swore to uphold the Constitution, right?
Derek Kinard, Jeffrey Brents, Undersheriff Bray, et al, think they are above the law. Not only do they have little to no interest in serving the public, they get really excited about punitively threatening, intimidating and abusing members of the public under the color of law.
Zero interest in any kind of service unless they can terrorize people and intimidate them. Derek Kinard lets an extremely sick citizen practically beg him to stop saying they’re “unreachable” when he had their number for over a year, and they’re unable to travel. But could that man bother to explain or inform that he was referring to my locked gate? Of course not. Just cannot be bothered.

So in the process I’ve had to piece together myself like hunting in the dark, there’s apparently this GAME of surprise inspection. I’ve LITERALLY BEEN CRIMINALLY DEFAMED for being SICK and FOR HAVING A LOCKED GATE. None of which are criminal, and none of which should have resulted in ARMED THUGS WITH AR15s holding me hostage in my own fucking home. NO ONE WOULD TELL ME ANYTHING, until AFTER my life is threatened and my home and peace VIOLATED, only then am I finally allowed to know ANYTHING about their lies and assumptions and corruption. I don’t know what else to call it when a citizen literally does everything in their power to comply and still lives are endangered. When a citizen has had ZERO SAY, ZERO DAY IN COURT and yet is treated like a convicted criminal?
Like proud secret club IDIOTS you can talk to one after another after another of these jerks and they will say crazy shit like well they have this or that deadline and this or that TIMELINE. They FREAK OUT over timelines, as to why YOU THE CITIZEN should jump when they say jump and exactly how high, but YOU the citizen try to find out WHAT the rules are, or try to hold THEM accountable to rules or law.. HAH! They don’t answer phone calls the second you are not kissing their asses. They don’t return voicemails. Every.single.time I responded within 24 hours though I was extremely ill, while Derek Kinard would WAIT 2 weeks, 2 more weeks, or just not respond. After telling me about this and that timeline. RIDICULOUS CLOWNS.

I regularly work nights or any time I need to. WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU TO DEFINE REASONABLE HOURS? Just endless unnecessary punitive overreach.
I was never allowed to know anything, just that this creepy guy was saying he ‘been by before too’ and there was some complaint and I was ‘unreachable’ which isn’t true whatsoever. But to take my complaints and requests for clarity about this creepy ass contact and cloudy details, and turn them into accusations AGAINST ME THE CITIZEN is beyond outrageous and disgusting. It’s ridiculous that the citizen matters ZERO.
It doesn’t matter AT ALL to ODEQ that I was tormented, stressed beyond belief by these goons for months. They endangered my life and their own with guns, they endangered my life with not wearing masks when they stormed into my home, again ignoring my illness. Nope, NONE OF THAT PERPETUAL ONGOING THREAT TO MY SAFETY AND PEACE matter at all according the the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. What matters to THEM is that I was being ‘too difficult’ while I was busy maybe DYING FROM COVID, so they WHINED to Undersheriff Bray and LIED to a judge saying that I was ‘accusing them of a bunch of stuff’.
So when Derek continued to drop the ball while I was desperately trying to seek resolution while trapped away fighting for my life, I ASKED FOR SUPERVISION, ASKED FOR ACTUAL REGULATION instead of this creepy contact where Derek claims to have been by my home at some earlier undisclosed date and never left a notice or sent a letter or anything? WOULD A TROUBLEMAKER who is trying to skirt regulations ASK FOR MORE OVERSIGHT? But they’re all idiots. They’re like kids playing town hall plus cops and robbers or some childish game but with real guns. So they have some super fun super secret thing where they try to SURPRISE YOU, but I wasn’t home, or the first time I guess I was busy puking up my guts when Derek Kinard tried to “reach me” the first time.
None of this makes any sense, that a PERSON SICK WITH COVID WHO REPORTED NON-STOP COMPLIANCE AND MADE ACTIONS LIKE DRIVING TO MEET AN INSTALLER WHILE PAINFULLY SICK, and these turds just LIE. They seem to enjoy just lying about people if the person is too sick to do anything to stand up for themselves. The way Derek Kinard, and Jeffrey Brents have treated me by misusing their authority amounts to KICKING A SICK PERSON LYING ON THE GROUND. I did everything in my human power to comply and communicate and they sent me down the river.
Anyone would have reacted the same way being practically stalked and gaslighted by these idiots while they creep around playing super sleuth boys with guns, while I did everything possible to play their bureaucracy games and comply and I was just plain too sick. But I’M SOME TROUBLEMAKER? These CLOWNS are the rogue troublemakers. So that’s Derek Kinard and Jeff Brents: they SEND UNMASKED DEPUTIES WITH GUNS TO PUNISH SICK PEOPLE.
But to think then my reporting my feeling unsafe and harassed while they STALLED AND STALLED is used to INCRIMINATE ME? No, I’m not going to stand by while you idiots try to ruin democracy and my rights along the way.
How embarrassing and sad for the People of Oklahoma and Pushmataha that our civil servants are such power monger incompetent clowns. I am merely standing up for my civil rights and human right to exist without being abused by those wielding state power, but I’m sure this too will be made out as though I’m some troublemaker when THE TRUTH IS THIS IS THE ONLY RECOURSE I HAVE SINCE THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY HAS LEFT ME WITH ONGOING THREATS TO MY LIFE AND SAFETY STILL DANGLING OVER MY HEAD is to make this public account (at least until I finish shopping for the right lawyer). I will NOT be made out to be some troublemaker when I’m merely a citizen with rights I will not HAND OVER TO VIOLENT GOONS NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU BULLY ME.
I stand for the rights of all citizens to be treated respectfully or at least just not almost KILLED BY PUBLIC SERVANTS WITH EGO PROBLEMS.
Status 8/26/2022: interviews with umpteen lawyers while trying to find representation. Putting in yet more calls to the DEQ about the status of the consent order amendments I sent in, and being yet further IGNORED. You’d THINK if you send in amendments as outlined in the paperwork they would respond about the status when you call; that surely they’re processing the amendments and I’ll get that back to amend more or sign, right?
but the sad truth is the DEQ makes up and changes whatever rules they want. They cherry pick data and misconstrue 90% of what I say. They outright lie. They are a 7-headed hydra, so no one is ever accountable for ANYTHING. You can repeat yourself 20 times to 3 different people, and still they’ll find a way to drop the ball in such a way that it fucks up YOUR LIFE, the citizen’s life.
So if it’s like any other point along the way where I’ve done everything possible to comply so I think “okay now I’m waiting on them. I’ve done everything I can”, they’re probably ACTUALLY pushing me toward yet more cliffs of enforcement actions and who knows what other threats to my property or life I’m never allowed to be informed about. I’ve never been allowed a full clear picture of anything with this case, but judges and cops can just talk to me and treat me like I’m trash because Derek Kinard lied about me? No.
If public servants -THOSE WHO MAKE A LIVING FROM TAXPAYER MONEY- want to so violate someone’s basic human and civil rights, then they can be held accountable in the community of public scrutiny. HOW DARE YOU INVADE MY HOME. HOW DARE YOU TAKE MY VALID REPORTS OF MISHANDLING AND UNSAFETY AND TWIST THAT INTO TALES OF VIOLENT ‘DIFFICULT’ TROUBLEMAKER SO THAT THERE WERE GUNS PINNING ME IN MY OWN HOME, JEFFREY BRENTS?
Derek and Jeffrey, you are nobody losers who use your authority as civil servants to act out your anger problems and low self-esteem. After all the abuse and nastiness from Derek I said he was not allowed on my property so what did they do? They just lied about me and sent guns to let me know they have the power. Literally that’s what Derek did. He was told he’s not allowed in my home so being the trolling creep he is, HE DECIDED oh he would violate my space and with GUNS. THAT’s who these fools are. They think might makes right. I’m here to say RIGHT MAKES RIGHT AND I WILL WIN BECAUSE I’VE ALWAYS BEEN ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND THE TRUTH WILL KEEP BEING REVEALED.
It’s nice how the consent order they want signed has many vague threats about all what else they can do if someone doesn’t sign. Just more and more and more punitive threatening force where none has ever been needed. I DID sign, with amendments, and now it’s been WEEKS while they IGNORE ME.
So now I get to just work my ass off at 60+ hour weeks (at breakneck pace just to avoid deadly threats I never could have avoided anyway)… and wait to see if maybe they’ll send more guns, maybe they’ll lie about me in yet more ways to endanger my life or livelihood, maybe they’ll just send the amended paperwork back! WHO KNOWS. I’m not allowed to know much of anything. Signing the paperwork is supposed to give me 6 months, but clearly I have to get it done YESTERDAY. Or…I get to just wonder if some other morning I’ll again be awakened with guns and intruders though I’m doing everything humanly possible.

Again , nice how the 7-headed hydra can just utterly BURY my life threatening illness. Na, WHO CARES. Gee, it’s like these are CHUDS who don’t think the pandemic is even real. Don’t care about any of my real life challenges, don’t care if that’s not even a reasonable time frame the person can live up to. AND ON TOP OF THAT as soon as I *JUST BARELY GOT THE MONEY TOGETHER AND CALLED THE INSTALLER* suddenly it’s 68% MORE. Gee, how many workers’ pay went up 68% while all these vendors increase their prices?
Nope, I’m left to just deal with it all while having zero idea what the hell these DANGEROUS GOONS will do next.
No, I was forced to sign the ‘amended’ paperwork. They simply re-state the biased / UNFACTUAL version of history, changed a few minor things BARELY the direction I’d requested. I consider this signing under duress. If the DEQ causes my life to be threatened when it was EASILY AVOIDABLE, then continues to FURTHER make a JOKE of my life and rights, I don’t feel I have any other choice, or fear for my very life. That is duress.
More updates: the system I was quoted $3500 in April, suddenly was told would cost $5800. Then when I put my foot down about the installer’s sexual harassment, just like I REPORTED TO JENNIFER HANDLEY: what should I do about this pervert who comes to my home and is entirely inappropriate? Do I confront him and run the risk of him refusing to do the job, or have to worry he may try to take his disgusting behavior to another level? (this is the reality for single women hiring people to do the very FEW things I don’t do myself. I’ve had roofers sexually harass me and then throw fits when stood up to, leaving a job halfway done.) Well, I stood up to him and he backed out last minute, just like the pervert roofer. There ARE NO OTHER INSTALLERS IN THE AREA. I then got a quote for $8800 from some NONSERIOUS installer in the county over. So I get to wait on a quote from ONE OTHER who MIGHT do the job.
I should have a right to have continued building my house with my own 2 hands and had the time to get permitting for the irrigation system I have in place that WORKS JUST FINE. But Oklahoma DEQ is a disgusting racket, in every way imaginable. Doesn’t matter if you have a ONE ROOM CABIN with NO water toilet (compost toilet only), they force you to install a 1,000 gallon system which would be overkill for a 4 bedroom household with water toilets. There is no permitted irrigation / greywater re-use systems for smaller size systems / irrigation fields like mine, and the only possible route is to pay all kinds of custom fees for custom applications for custom permits. All of which WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE THE OPTION TO DO, but in building my house (plumbing, solar power, EVERYTHING) on my own, I discovered the main DANGER in moving from urban areas to rural areas: flu and Covid. Flus that people have herd protection from in the city, will KNOCK YOU ON YOUR ASS in rural America. It turns out if you are violently ill 57% of the time as soon as you move to rural America, it really puts a SLOW DOWN on all construction progress.
If you found this article because you’re considering moving to the country and septic related issues: before you worry about how to build your house, what kind of power, water, ANYTHING, get vaccinated, including for the flu, no matter how ineffective you might think it is (like I did as a usually totally healthy younger person). And remember, the DEQ doesn’t care. They won’t care if I tell them there is NOT an installer, or that the cost went up over 200%. They are a clown car full of bullies who LIKE abusing citizens and coming up with excuses to send guns. If you are sick and not home when some random complaint happens, you can expect the DEQ to trespass and cut fences, to lie about you , about communication with you, you can expect them to do anything everything possible in twisting every bit of information you provide. No matter how ‘team player’ you are, no matter how nice and informative, DOESN’T MATTER, the DEQ will do whatever they can to work against you. Be prepared to spend more for a septic system than you do for building your cabin because it’s a racket, times 20 with the inflation price gouging going on. If you’re considering getting land in Oklahoma, consider that you will most likely encounter lots of trash burning and ZERO help from anyone even if you’re engulfed in it on a regular basis. No, if you ask for help, you will get a retaliatory complaint from these violent dangerous goons playing games with people’s lives.
In other news, I met yet another installer who told me MANY MANY PEOPLE have problems with Derek Kinard. so looks like starting a petition may be the way to go next. To give voice to the MANY PEOPLE MORE THAN JUST MYSELF who are tired of being abused by state employees with ego problems. …As I find the time between endlessly working more than 60 hours a week, again, just to make sure I don’t get shot my cops in my own home over a water complaint, since it looks like this unnecessary $3500 septic system is going to cost me closer to $10,000 now.
